It depends upon where you stay. 

Traffice is always bumper to bumper. 

We suggest to you that you take a bus goin' thru Gangnam. It's the best solution to beat traffic congestion. 

Stay where you may(If it's in Seoul), it does not take that long to reach Gangnam even if we consider traffic congestion.
