Apricot oil

Rich in Vitamins and minerals, apricot oil is light and quickly makes skin soft and smooth (that's due to its Vitamin A content), helps to improve skin tone, maintain softness and radiance of the skin.
Apricot oil is light and easily absorbed because it resembles the skin's naturally-produced oil sebum.
It also nourishes the skin and lowers the appearance of face wrinkles, fine lines, and blemishes (that's the Vitamin C and E working in partnership).
Strongly effective in removing blackheads and sebum.
At the same time, is also an excellent moisturizer and sustainably protects your skin from drying out.
Apricot kernel oil is so gentle that it is often used as a base ingredient for the formulation of baby products, as well as a product for people with eczema and dermatitis.
In other words, it's suitable even if you have highly sensitive skin. It removes dead skin cells, sebum, and blackheads, offering a good complexion without stickiness.

 

Macadamia seed oil

Similar to the natural sebum present in the skin, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil keeps your skin hydrated by locking moisture onto the skin.
Rich in palmitic acid which is commonly found in young skin. It quickly penetrates the outer layer of skin, offers firmness and helps to calm and soothe irritated skin.

Australian aboriginals used macadamia seed oil was for skin rejuvenation.

 

Meadowfoam seed oil  

Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil : It delivers good barrier formation and works as a natural preservative.
The oil is also similar in texture to sebum.
The result is softer and plumper skin.
It helps to regenerate and hydrate skin. 

Some of the fatty acids in the oil can be absorbed into the lipids of the skin's outer layer, repairing that barrier so that moisture doesn't evaporate as quickly.

While the oil is very similar to the fats our skin naturally produces, it does not block pores. 

It’s not greasy. 

It soothes skin. 

Locks moisture onto the skin. 

Meadowfoam seed oil also contains vitamin E, a natural antioxidant, which helps protect the skin against damage from the sun and pollution.

It works as a natural preservative as well in this product. 

 

 

Phyto Squalane

PHYTOSQUALAN is a natural squalane, of plant origin, extracted form olives.
Phyto squanlane is a structural component of the lipid layer of the skin. Hence it permeates your skin so fast without a sticky sensation. 
 

It’s also effective in skin regeneration.
Phytosqualane (olive) protects the skin from moisture loss. In particular, people with dry skin can benefit from its moisturizing effect. Just one drop is all that is needed. Because of its resemblance to human sebum, the active ingredients.
As we age, the production of squalane decreases dramatically and as a result, our skin loses its ability to retain moisture, elasticity, and its natural protection against UV.

The relatively low amounts of squalene present in Olive Oil need an expensive and unsustainable process. So Phyto Squalane is one of the most expensive ingredients for skin care products.
Nonetheless, our face oil  has 20% phyto squalene for a better formulation.

 

Camellia Japonica Seed Oil
It doesn’t clog your pores, nor is it sticky. 

It also contains fatty acids linoleic and palmitic acids, helping to maintain moisture in the skin and making the skin elastic and glowy.

Camellia Oil protects the skin from drying out while replenishing vital nutrients.
Rich in oleic acid and triglyceride, it helps Moisturizes and hydrates, promotes skin elasticity and Improves complexion.

 

Tocopheryl Acetate 

Tocopheryl Acetate is a form of Vitamin E often found in vegetables. 

It nourishes and hydrates skin. 

Suitable even for sensitive skin.

Works as a natural preservative as well in the product. 

Often used in baby product formulations.

 

Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil

Rich in Vitamin A, it controls sebum production, without clogging pores.
It is non-comedogenic. Jojoba oil doesn't clog pores, which makes it ideal for facial and scalp massages. Jojoba oil is non-greasy. It's non-sticky and also not oily.
All the better for sensitive skin.

 

 

Scented Geranium oil is widely used as an ingredient in perfumes and cosmetics.
It also controls sebum production.

 

Meadowfoam Seed Oil and Tocopheryl Acetate work as natural preservatives as well in place of chemical antiseptics.

Gently smooth and press the oil onto your face and neck.
Mx a few drops with a moisturizer helps to retain moisture with nourishment.

2. Requirements:

Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
-the ordered item is out of stock.

2) We accept return(s) if:

-you receive a product different from your order; or

-you receive a defective product.

**Return Instructions

(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.

(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.

(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.

*Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.

*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.

3) We do not accept return(s) if:

-you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
-you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff

The following items are not considered defective:

* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

4) If there is a missing item from your order:

*Contact our customer service center by phone or by forum (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.
*Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
